As you may have heard the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) may be affecting our business! This act was designed in response to concerns about lead content in Children's items. This means clothes as well as toys.

This act will go into effect February 10, 2009
At this time, resellers are not required to test for lead limits!
So we can go back to business as usual and breathe a small sigh of relief. We will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission to keep our kids safe
